Music lovers cherished their time listening to a fusion of Indo-Western music at a programme titled ‘Anahad Garaje’. The event, jointly organized by Chitnavis Centre and Vidarbha Gaurav Pratishthan, was staged at the Banyan Hall on Friday, 29 th Feb, 2020.

The melodious tunes commenced with classical music and then moved to the western genre. The music was composed by Ram Khadse. The audience not only enjoyed the beats of tabla but also grooved to the beats of drums when western music was in motion.

Mitesh Lokhande, who was among the audience, said, “I feel privileged to have attended this event. The artistes were amazing and this programme was truly unique. I’m looking forward to many more programmes featuring these artists.”

Another music enthusiast, Amit Mehta, said, “I absolutely enjoyed the programme right from the start. All the instruments are wonderfully well-tuned. The composition of the music was noteworthy. I will definitely attend many more musical programmes like this one.”
