Nagpurians had a chance to witness the untold story of Kasturba Gandhi (Session on Kasturba A Remarkable Life), at Chitnavis Centre on Monday, 24th February, 2020.
SGR Knowledge Foundation and Chitnavis Centre jointly organises talks and lecture series, named as “Knowledge Series”.
Great grand-son of Mahatma Gandhi – Mr. Tushar Gandhi delivered a lecture, on the life of Kasturba, portraying her background life which was not depicted in the words of Mohandas. The narrator during introduction itself told that Mahatma Gandhi himself has said that he would not have got this far in the revolution if Kasturba didn’t support him. Kasturba Gandhi played a great role in the independence movement of India.
